Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.


Worldwide Shipping

NOVASAR ships worldwide. All orders are delivered within 8–10 business days from the date of dispatch, regardless of your location.

We work with trusted international carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


Order Types & Shipping

One-Time Purchase — 30-Day Supply Your order is processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 8–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. No automatic renewals, no commitments.

Monthly Subscription — 30-Day Supply Your first order is processed within 1–2 business days of your subscription starting. Each subsequent box is automatically dispatched every 30 days so you never run out. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking for every shipment. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date through your account or by contacting us.

90-Day Supply Subscription Your first order is processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 8–10 business days. Subsequent shipments are automatically sent every 90 days. Each shipment includes a full 90-day supply so you always have enough on hand. You will receive a tracking number for every dispatch. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time before the next billing date.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order please check your spam folder or contact us at support@trynovasar.com.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation please contact us at support@trynovasar.com. We will investigate with the carrier and do everything we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier we will reship your order at no additional cost.


Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. NOVASAR is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order please contact us at support@trynovasar.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
