Guarantee By Order Type

One-Time Purchase — Your purchase is covered by our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked.

Monthly Subscription — 30-Day Supply Every subscription order is covered by our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any shipment you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund for that order. You can also cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date with no penalty.

90-Day Supply Subscription Your order is covered by our 90-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. You have a full 90 days from the date of delivery to try Digital Sunset and decide if it is right for you. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason within that period you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked.


How To Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. You do not need to return the product to be eligible for your refund.

  1. Email us at support@trynovasar.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your order number and the email address used to place your order
  3. Let us know briefly what did not work for you — this is optional but helps us improve
  4. We will confirm your refund within 1 business day and process it within 3–5 business days

Your refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.


Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.


Do I Need To Return The Product?

No. We do not require you to return any unused product to receive your refund. Keep it, share it, or dispose of it — your refund will be processed regardless.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us at support@trynovasar.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number and we will reship your order immediately at no cost to you. No need to return the damaged product.


Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing support@trynovasar.com. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following shipment. If a shipment has already been processed and dispatched the cancellation will apply to the next cycle.

There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period.


Exceptions

Our guarantee covers dissatisfaction with the product. We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Orders where the 30-day or 90-day guarantee window has passed
  • Refund requests without a valid order number
  • Orders placed through unauthorized third-party retailers
